Please
note that 1-year passes expire one calendar year from date of purchase. Purchasing
a 1-year pass includes informing me at the beginning of each monthly cycle which
class(es) you will be attending so that I can reserve appropriate spaces in these
classes. You may begin a year-long pass at any time.
Class
Guide
Please
plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your class begins so that you can transition
gently. When class begins, I will lock the outside door for security reasons.
If you arrive late, please knock softly on the bulletin board on the outside door
and I will unlock the door. It is important to me and to the overall group experience
that we begin each class on time: please do your best to arrive on time, but if
you cannot avoid being late, please come to class anyway Wear loose, comfortable
clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily. Please do not wear perfumes
or heavy scents to class, as there are students who are allergic or sensitive
to fragrances. You may want to bring water to drink. I will also have water available
in the rear of the studio.
Illness
and Class Attendance. If you are ill and believe that you may be contagious,
please do not come to class. I will do all that I can to arrange a make-up class
for you.
Weather
Related Cancellations and Procedures:
In the case of bad weather that
requires me to cancel class on a given day, I will have a message on the answering
machine at (607) 277-6575 at least 2 hours before the start time of a given class.
Please call this number if there is any question about weather-related cancellations.
In the event that I do need to cancel a class because of weather, students will
get an extra week added to the expiration date of their pass.
