Dear Yoga Friend,

Effective July 2, 2011, I will discontinue teaching yoga classes at Sunrise Yoga Center. Classes will be on holiday thru August and I will keep you informed of future updates as I create space for new ways of teaching and sharing the principles of yoga/wellness/nutrition in new and creative forms.

I cannot emphasize how much I value and appreciate your presence in class, and your ongoing dedication to your own yoga practice. Teaching yoga to all of you has also been a deep spiritual reward for me.Do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of assistance in the meantime.
